This notice explains what personal data we handle when you use this website, why we handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who is responsible

We are established in the United States. This general-information website is not currently directed specifically at individuals in the European Economic Area. We nevertheless apply the privacy commitments in this notice to every visitor.
The European Economic Area
We have not appointed a representative under GDPR Article 27 because our current website is not directed specifically at individuals in the European Economic Area. Before we begin an EEA-specific offering, campaign or monitoring activity, we will reassess that position, appoint a representative if required, and update this notice before the activity begins.
The United Kingdom
This website is not directed at the United Kingdom, so we have not appointed a UK representative. If we begin to address that market, this section will name one. Your rights are set out in section 8 either way.
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers this website only.
Clinical data, medical images and any information relating to a patient are never processed through this website. They are handled exclusively under separate written agreements with trial sponsors and investigating centers, inside audited environments, and are outside the scope of this notice.
Never send patient data through this website, through any form on it, or by replying to an address listed on it. If you need to share clinical material with us, contact us first and we will set up a compliant channel.
3. What we collect, and why
When you book a pilot call
The booking link opens a Google Calendar booking page. Google hosts the reservation process. Information you submit there, including your name, email address and chosen appointment time, is used to arrange your call with Oncometra. Do not include patient data or imaging.
When you email us about a pilot
The contact email link opens your own email application. Nothing reaches us until you send a message, and it travels through your own email provider.
We then receive your email address and the professional or project details you choose to include. Do not include patient data or imaging.

When you visit any page
Google Cloud delivers this website through a load balancer. Its request logs can include the IP address, browser identification, page requested, time and response status.

Analytics and cookies
We do not currently use web analytics, advertising tags or similar trackers.
This site does not set analytics cookies or store an analytics choice in your
browser. Its disabled consent script also attempts to remove any _ga
cookies and consent choice left by an earlier version of this site.
4. What we do not do
- No analytics or advertising. No analytics or advertising tag is active, and no advertising network receives anything from this site.
- No sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data, as that term is defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and the other US state privacy laws, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- No automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. What your browser contacts
Your browser contacts only this website to display these pages. Every stylesheet, typeface, script and image comes from the same address. Google Cloud processes the request as the hosting provider described in section 6, but no third-party analytics or advertising service is loaded.
The booking link opens Google Calendar only when you follow it. No calendar widget or booking script is loaded on this website. Google processes the request to display its booking page and the information you submit there.
The contact email link opens your email application. If you choose to send an email, your email provider transports it and Google Workspace receives it for Oncometra.
6. Who else processes the data

We use these services under Google's applicable service and data protection terms. Google's current Cloud Data Processing Addendum describes Google as a processor of customer personal data and limits processing to the customer's instructions, the services and applicable law.
7. International processing
We are established in the United States. If you send us a pilot enquiry, we process that message in the United States. Our Google service providers may also process personal data outside the country where you are located.
Oncometra does not currently claim participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If our official status changes, we will update this notice.
8. Your rights
If European, United Kingdom or Swiss data protection law applies
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to have our use of it restricted, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Exercising a right is free, and we answer within one month.
If you are in the United States
Depending on your state, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted.
We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
How to exercise them
Write to privacy@oncometra.ai. Tell us which right you want to exercise. We may need to ask you a question to confirm who you are, and we will not ask for more than is necessary to do so.
9. Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, we update the effective date at the top and increase the version number. Earlier versions are kept and can be requested from the address above.
